About Me

Lori Halpern RN, BSN, CHHC, AADP

I have been passionate about health and nutrition for many years. As a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience I have witnessed the effects lifestyle choices and diet has on overall health and wellness. I have found that care for the mind, body, and spirit is essential to wellness. I work with clients who are struggling to find balance in their lives and help them to find the answers within themselves to decrease stress and increase energy. I help clients improve their overall quality of life through nutritional and lifestyle changes to find the happiness they deserve.

I received my Bachelors of Science degree in nursing at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. My nursing background includes community health, psychiatric health specializing in treatment in eating disorders, HIV primary care, and clinical adjunct faculty. I am a board certified holistic health counselor and accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.
